Teeth in a Day involves a careful, individualized assessment of your oral and general health by Henderson dentist Dr. Ignatowicz, including panoramic x-rays and a CT scan of the bones in your jaw. After a thorough evaluation of your condition, the doctor will detail your treatment options.

What Is The Process Like?
After scans and x-rays are evaluated, upper and lower dental impressions are taken at our Henderson office. Before the procedure, you will be given "conscious sedation" so you will experience no discomfort whatsoever. Next, Dr. Ignatowicz will "anchor" your new arch of teeth by placing 6 or 8 titanium rods in your jaw (depending on how much support your arch will need). Then, your new (provisional) teeth are mounted on what dentists call an abutment. Your implants will heal with your bone and once they are fused completely, they become like the new root for your permanent teeth. Your smile will be strong, natural feeling and looking.

The All-on-4 Treatment Concept involves the installation of four large implant posts into your jawbone, as opposed to the placement of multiple posts throughout your jaw. One of these posts is installed in each quadrant of your jawbone, with two being placed on your lower jaw and two on your upper jaw.
